For operating periods that coincide with a holiday or public holiday according to the regulations of the State, the operating time shall be postponed to the next working day after the holiday or public holiday.

Talking to Dan Tri, the leader of the Domestic Market Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade) said that the Inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance will adjust the retail price of petrol on the afternoon of June 13 instead of tomorrow (November 11). /6).

Because June 11 is a Saturday and is a holiday, the governing body postpones the adjustment of petrol prices to next Monday.

Gasoline prices have recently been a matter of great public concern. In the context of gasoline prices continuing to increase for the 6th consecutive time, a business leader said that the price of RON 95 gasoline is negative about 400-500 VND/liter compared to the world price, E5 RON 92 gasoline is negative about 600-700 VND /liter. In particular, the price of oil is still negative up to 2,900 – 3,300 VND/liter.

Because of this loss, businesses have predicted that domestic gasoline prices may continue to increase sharply. If from now until June 13, if the world oil price continues to increase, the domestic oil price will increase at a higher rate.

Data from the Ministry of Industry and Trade updated to June 7 shows that the average price of finished gasoline on the Singapore market is 147.8 USD/barrel for RON 92 gasoline; 153.6 USD/barrel for RON 95 gasoline. Meanwhile, diesel oil price sometimes exceeds 170 USD/barrel.

Talking to VTC News, a leader of a petroleum business said that how much the increase would depend on the Inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade – Finance set aside and spend using the Price Stabilization Fund (BOG). In the context of the depletion of the BOG fund, the price of finished gasoline on the world market continues to increase, the domestic retail gasoline price may increase by 800-1,000 VND/liter, while the oil price will increase more.​
